What are your normal business hours?

We are open from Monday through Friday 7AM - 4:30PM and Saturday 7AM - 12:00PM. All times are central standard time.


Do you offer returns?

Yes. If you are unhappy with the product in any way or have purchased the incorrect item simply send it back and we will replace it or refund you.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order before it is shipped.


Can we ship to a P.O. Box?

No we can not. Please provide a physical address at time of checkout.


What if an item I want is out of stock?

Please give us a call at 1-888-868-5891. We would love to talk to you!


When will you ship my item?

We ship during normal business hours. Anything ordered after hours will be shipped the next business day.


What does “standard” shipping consist of?

Our standard shipping is UPS ground or USPS priority service.


Do you do make custom parts?

We do! At this time we do not quote our custom work online. Please give us a call at 1-888-868-5891 and we will be glad to get you a quote on your part.


Do you have a physical store?

We have a physical store location at 317 Radio Station Rd. in Tompkinsville, KY. We sell all the parts we have online and more at it. We also run a truck route in the vicinity. We would love to do business with you!
